Terms of Service

These Terms are between the KingsFinder operator (“we”, “us”, or the “Operator”) and anyone who uses kingsfinder.com and related services (“you”). Contact: support@kingsfinder.com. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

By using this site, starting a trial, redeeming an access code, or otherwise using KingsFinder, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

KingsFinder (the “Service”) is a multi-factor quantitative scoring and data-organisation tool for gold and related markets. We aggregate public market prices, macro data, positioning reports, news and similar information, and compute composite scores and factor detail under fixed rules for your own research.

• The Service is an information and analysis tool. It is not an investment adviser, securities/futures broker, asset manager or discretionary trading service.
• The Service does not provide personalised investment advice, trade instructions, signal-copying or account management.
• Scores, directional bias, price markers, calendars, backtests and chat-group content are for research and discussion only. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product and do not guarantee future performance.

2. Eligibility and access

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. If you use the Service for an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it.
• There is no traditional username/password account today. Access is opened mainly via an access code or a free trial; a session cookie identifies your membership in the browser.
• An access code is your login credential. Keep it confidential. Do not resell, rent, share or publish it. You are responsible for loss from disclosure or lending.
• Paid codes may be signed in on up to 3 devices at once; trials on up to 2. We may adjust limits for reasonable abuse control.

3. Plans and benefits

Prices, durations and benefits are as shown on the Membership plans page and the then-current site.json. In outline:

• Free preview: limited public content (e.g. live spot gold) without activation; full scores and tools require a trial or paid membership.
• Free trial: typically 7 days, once per network (IP and related abuse controls); a limited Pro preview (mainstream freemium)—no backtest, option walls or members’ chat group; then you return to the free preview.
• Monthly / yearly / lifetime: paid plans unlocking full data windows, backtest, option walls, members’ chat and other benefits listed on the plans page. “Lifetime” means valid while the Service continues to operate; it is not a promise of perpetual operation.

We may change features, data sources, scoring methods and plan bundles; material adverse changes will be announced on the site where practicable.

4. Ordering, billing and renewals

• Access-code fulfilment (current primary path): after you pay through an Operator-approved channel, you receive a code and activate it on the redeem page. The membership period starts on first successful redemption.
• Card checkout: online card payment (e.g. Creem) is forthcoming. Until it is live, we will not automatically charge your card. When card checkout and any auto-renewal go live, the checkout page will state billing cycles and how to cancel; until then there is no recurring auto-charge.
• Prices on this English site are listed in USD. Taxes, if any, follow the payment channel and applicable law.
• The public site does not use WeChat, Xiaohongshu or similar social IDs as the on-site purchase CTA. Fulfilment codes may still be issued offline by the Operator in a compliant manner.

5. Refunds

The Service delivers digital content and online access. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

• Codes already redeemed and activated are generally non-refundable once digital access is delivered.
• Unused valid codes: within 7 days of purchase you may email support@kingsfinder.com to request a refund; the code is then voided.
• If a material fault on our side makes the Service unusable for a prolonged period and we cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we may negotiate a refund for the unused portion.
• After card checkout launches, refunds will also follow the payment provider’s rules; the checkout page and an updated version of these Terms will prevail.
• Statutory consumer withdrawal or similar mandatory rights are not limited by this section where they apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bypass device limits, bulk-abuse trials, brute-force codes, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or share access codes or membership access, or commercially redistribute the Service without authorisation;
• upload illegal, infringing or malware content, or disrupt the Service;
• misrepresent Service output as “official investment advice” or use it for fraud or market manipulation;
• infringe our or others’ intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke codes and pursue legal remedies for violations.

7. Intellectual property

Site UI, copy, marks (including KingsFinder / Kingsman), scoring descriptions, arrangement and software—apart from third-party data rights—belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research during a valid subscription. You may not copy, adapt, publicly redistribute or commercially exploit substantial Service content without written permission.

Market and macro data come from third-party public sources (e.g. market data APIs, FRED, CFTC); rights remain with those providers. We aggregate and display within lawful scope.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Third-party data may be delayed, interrupted or wrong (e.g. candlesticks may lag ~10 minutes). We do not warrant accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
• Backtests and scores explain only a limited share of short-term moves and do not represent future performance; see the Track record pages.
• Trading gold, FX, futures, equity indices and crypto is high risk and can result in total loss of capital; leverage can cause losses beyond capital. You alone decide and bear all consequences.
• Any members’ chat group is for discussion only. Views there—including from the Operator—are not investment advice; no trade calls or managed trading are offered. Members may be removed when membership ends or a code is revoked.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss (including trading losses, lost profits or data loss) arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is capped at the fees you actually paid us for the subscription at issue in the 12 months before the claim (zero for free users). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and sign out the current device on My Membership.
• We may suspend or terminate the Service or revoke codes for maintenance, security, compliance or breach of these Terms; serious abuse may be without prior notice.
• If the Service is discontinued as a whole, we will post notice where practicable and explain how unused paid entitlements will be handled (e.g. negotiated compensation or pro-rata refund).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be negotiated in good faith; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at the Operator’s domicile. Where your local law mandates other rules, those mandatory rules prevail to that extent.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms on this page with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site where practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you disagree, stop using the Service and contact us about unused entitlements.
